Decal production

We produce decals for specialists in the porcelain, ceramics and glass industry using screen printing techniques using professional high-fire porcelain and glass paints. Decal production is the foundation of our business, as we print dishes using decal technology. The dimensions of the decal sheet printing area are 24.5cm x 34cm.

For the production of screens, you can submit a graphic file or photograph, as well as ready-made films with color separation (please contact us for technical parameters before doing so).

A logo, photograph, text or any other graphic design can be used to create a decal, as long as it is available in digital format.

For the preparation of decals, please prepare graphic design files in vector graphics .eps, .ai or .pdf format, converting the letters into a drawing.

To ensure the quality of the drawing, it is advisable to observe the following conditions:

Minimum line thickness – 0.2 mm positive, 0.4 mm negative.
Minimum font size – 7 pt. positive, 10 pt. negative.
We offer to purchase ready-made full-coverage color decal sheets. Available in various colors and there is an option to order the required color. You can view the available colors in our catalog here, but if necessary, contact our production department.
